All swings and furniture ship via FedEx/UPS with tracking. Signature Delivery Confirmation may be required. We can not ship to PO Boxes. Due to size and weight, we can only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders with multiple packages such as Gliders or multi-piece orders - please know that due to the size and weight of the packages, we may ship the packages separately to try and reduce the chance of damage during shipment. Orders with multiple units purchased will have an extended handling time.

The ship date provided is an ESTIMATED SHIP DATE only. Please know that cancellations/refunds will not be provided due to handling time and ship date. If you need your order by a certain date for an event/holiday please notify us PRIOR to or immediately after purchase to see if we can accommodate your needs
