  • Please know that cancellations/refunds will not be provided due to handling time and ship date. If you need your order by a certain date for an event/holiday please notify us PRIOR to purchase to see if we can accommodate your needs

* Returns must be approved, items returned without approval will not be refunded
* Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, we are not responsible for any return charges or issues
* Item must be received in a resaleable condition with all parts and hardware, with no signs of
use, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, insurance for the full value is highly
recommended, the item must be shipped by UPS or FedEx
* Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date
* Custom items may not be returned
* We will not refund the charge for Personalization
* The item must be returned within 7 days of return approval
* a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund amount
